i did e exercise,but instead of tummy aching,but turn out 2 be my shoudler is suan (aching) leh. i watch TV show n do it,i can hold for 15mins (when is advertisment time,i rest loh) becos when watching e drama show,i wil concentrate then 4get abt e position i am in.hee hee

Is it only using the elbows and feet(toes) to support the whole body?
