我的健身教练介绍对收小腹很有效的运动!


支撑越久,越有效。与仰卧起坐同时做,效果更快。 如果做得正确, 小腹会抖个不停。

I hv to quickly start doing this after 3 wks without workout. Do you mean I hv to continuously hold at this position for as long as I can or shd there be intervals? joyK

Is it only using the elbows and feet(toes) to support the whole body?

Hi renee,

i did e exercise,but instead of tummy aching,but turn out 2 be my shoudler is suan (aching) leh.
i watch TV show n do it,i can hold for 15mins (when is advertisment time,i rest loh) becos when watching e drama show,i wil concentrate then 4get abt e position i am in.hee hee
