因恶心无法进食-小柴胡汤（七味药物组成，即柴胡、黄芩、人参、半夏、甘草、生姜、大枣）
顶胃不适-茯苓
因压力大，食欲过量- 四逆散（柴胡，芍药，枳实及炙甘草)
造成手脚冰冷/畏冷症的三大原因：
1)肠胃功能不好
2)血液循环不好
3）自律神经紊乱或荷尔蒙失调。
肠胃不好可以喝人参汤或四君子汤（人参，白术，茯苓，甘草）
血液不循环可以喝当归四逆汤：
当归三两(12g)，桂枝三两(9g)，去皮 芍药三两(9g) 细辛三两(3g) 甘草二两 (6g)，炙 通草二两(6g) 大枣二十五枚(8枚）
