Hi Yong Mei, I read a science article mention that when tap water btw 60 to 99 degree C , it generate many toxic particles, which these chemicals were added to kill bacteria by water utility board.It should be boiled till it reach 100 degree C and for further 5 to 10 mins. Kindly advise is it wise to have 92 to 99 degree C water for making coffee? Ma Yin Ju.
