1015am健康头条-如何降低cravings?



这两个星期都在分享为什么我们身体会渴望吃某些口味的食物,通过喝什么蔬果汁可以帮忙.

1)爱吃咸食物

  可以从蔬菜摄取身体所需要的钠.就包括菠菜,芹菜,白萝卜.
  
Magnesium Rich Cocktail:

3 to 4 Carrots+ 2 celery + 1/2 medium size beetroot+ 2to3 broccoli +1/2 lemon's
juice

2)爱吃甜或carbohydrates食物
身体压力太大,体力透支就想吃甜的东西.
  这个时候,要补充蛋白质如lentils,split peas,糙米.

  Beautiful skin cocktail
1/2个黄瓜+1parsnip+2 to 3 carrots+1/4绿色灯笼椒.


3)爱吃酸食物
一般上便秘的朋友爱吃酸的食物.身体缺乏Vit B2

  Wheatgrass Light
  
1把小麦草+2到3片薄荷叶+1/2lemon juice

4)爱喝酒
  减少糖份摄取和避免吃太多加工食品,都会降低你对酒精欲望.

  Spinach Power
1/2个黄瓜+3个萝卜+2根芹菜+1/2个甜菜根beetroot+少许parsley+1/2 lemon juice

5)爱吃冰
可能是身体缺乏铁质和叶酸,可以多吃草莓,芦笋,萝卜.

  Triple C
  1/2 green cabbage + 4 celery + 4 carrots


6)爱吃花生酱
身体缺乏Copper.可以多吃铜食物包括萝卜,沙葛,大蒜.
  
  Ginger Hopper

1/2 Green apple + 1/2 to 1 片老姜+5 carrots

Hi Yong Mei,
The No. 1 Tv sets at home you said not include those not use. Why the Auntie have 30 sets is No. 1. She is doing repairs. Just wondering why.

are u all rite ? u look a bit swollen in the photos hope its not becos the thyroid side effect.If u really consider having the baby then please becareful with medicine .. but just curious cos usually people with thyroid have to abort the baby..
