Start exercising, control your diet. But before that, see a gynae or family doctor to examine if the sudden weight increase is caused by other factors particularly hormones. Sometimes we can't lose weight no matter what we do and its due to other health factors. If you have seen in the news, one young lady in 30s kept doing tummy exercises, tried all products but can't seemed to lose weight. in the end found that there is a tumor in ovary. Quite sad, but doing regular health check can help too. Anyway, the author's name is米雷耶·吉利亚诺, title of the book is 《法国女人吃不胖》 . Just a suggestion. If you were thinking of cancelling the 最爱帮帮忙 , maybe you could do it like alternate weeks and alternate it with another programme.
As 6.15pm, many people had just knock off from work, and they must be thinking hard of where to go for dinner, and most singaporean like to search for food. Maybe duing that time slot, you could get the listeners to call in and tell you where can we find good food (either in location, areas or even by food types).
