我不是很信瘦身中心 some cost expensive and no much result. i use 1 mlm products very good.
Long time no listen to your programm ler, ... just want to say miss the morning time that you and MC host.

Oh i sign up a 20 session slimming before, with a famous salon, end up no slim down, wasted $2800. Also yeah the london....xxx is a ahhaha.....

至于瘦身中心，我觉得你可以去一次，亲自体验是否对你有帮助．服务很重要．好的美容师或治疗师甚至发型师真的不容易找．但是，适合你的美容师及发型师就更难找了．
不要急着签任何配套，宁愿花多一点钱，去两三次护理，真的好才签配套．有时候，适合别人的不一定适合你．我也是这样选健身教练和发型师的．
最重要是用任何的瘦身中心的服务甚至吃减肥药，最后还是得靠自己的决心控制自己的饮食及运动．

I have uneven skin on face, oily and sensative skin and have seem a doctor before. My pimples have improve but marks and uneven skin is still around. How to smoothen the skin? Appreciated your reply. Happy working. Thanks
