Last minute felt like going to watch, its once in a lifetime experience. So i waited for 30mins to buy a ticket, luckily the security check was fast.

Well, its an amazing experience watching such a grand event alone. And although i got so sweaty and smelly (like everybody else), i still don't regret it.

My camera battery went flat though...Arrghhh....

最近很忙。。。。有太多要完成的事，有一些仍pending, 有些必须马上完成。。。。

睡不够再加上遇到令我头痛的人，我就会开始骂人。。。。所以我告诉我自己，再忙也要给自己足够的时间休息而一些改变不了的事也就算了吧。跟别人租房子，他们想几点打麻将就几点打麻将，我只能戴耳罩，告诉自己别气因为再气也改变不了事实，只会让我气到睡不着。

就快搬家了。能有真正属于自己的家，我真的很期待。但是，选装修商就让你头大了。一言难尽，可能不装修了。

主持欧萱Reduze产品代言活动那天是我最累的一天。六点起床，到公司制作新节目的开收场，赶回家做头发，赶到Courts主持热卖会，喊到虚脱后一到Somerset 313, 我基本上已经不行了。硬撑一个小时，商家还说我们的energy很高，他们喜欢。哈哈！原来，我是最佳女主角！之后赶回公司继续做开收场等到晚上10点。

How many types of durian delicacies can you eat in 2 hours? Look at what i had yesterday afternoon! As Wendy doesn't like durians, i'm the best person to bring for her food segment!

I can't imagine i finished all these in less than 3 hours. I'm 2 kg fatter! But i must say Goodwood Park's durian delicacies are still the best!

1) Durian icecream (I can finish the entire tub by myself!)
2) Durian strudel (4 cm thick durian fillings!!!)
3) Durian mousse cake (so soft and fragrant!)

距离上次到马六甲已经有20年了！马六甲一直给我的感觉很澳门！人情味重，食物便宜，好吃！土产又多样化！这次跟教会的朋友来参与CHURCH CAMP。我们住在EVERLY RESORT HOTEL，面向大海！我和同房的朋友等了几乎两个小时才等到钥匙。本来经理说服我们换房，还好我们坚持。我们住的是SINGLE ROOM SUITE而且是面海的！所以，等待美好的事物需要很多耐性！如果要住靠近市区就别选这家酒店。

古城的鸡饭粒看起来象鱼丸多一点。比较著名的两家鸡饭粒餐馆都大排长龙，只好选择到蔡澜介绍的这家很古色古香的餐馆。鸡饭还好，ASSAM 鱼超开胃！

这家是最有名的鸡饭店，可惜我实在没耐性等。

娘惹菜馆方面，DIE DIE MUST TRY的就是 AUNTIE LEE。只有四桌所以肯定需要预定！！！每一道都好吃！AUNTIE LEE 本身坚持不开分店，不扩大生意！所以食客吃到的是她费心烹煮的菜色，品质肯定最佳！！

Before my malacca trip, xiaoying invited me and jeff to this steamboat restaurant in city square. The boss let us try almost everything in the menu! The above picture was taken 2 days ago when i was busy with my assignment. As i looked out from my loft, i was astonished to see such sight! I've seen enough sunsets from my room but this is something out of the extraordinary!

Another sunset picture on a day when i felt really down. They said when you are down just keep walking, don't look back. For the past weeks, i spent a lot of time in solitude. When i felt really weak, i just curl myself in my bed and take deep breaths until i fall asleep.

Although the sun sets everyday but not every sunset is the same. There could be 365 different "versions" of sunset. In life, events passed by u so quickly until you forgot you had once encountered such a beautiful sunset. Be thankful, friend. Do you know evening is the time of the day i feared most? I enjoyed sunrise more than sunsets before i shifted here.

The following picture was taken before the rain came early morning. I can be so excited whenever i see the sky turned dark just before the rain.

Remember, if you are criticizing, you are not being grateful. If you are blaming, you are not being grateful. If you are complaining, you are not being grateful. If you are feeling tension, you are not being grateful. If you are rushing, you are not being grateful. If you are in a bad mood, you are not being grateful.

Gratitude can transform your life. Are you allowing minor things to get in the way of your transformation and the life you deserve?

My views? I've been quite ungrateful recently. keke. But i must say whenever i walk out to take a bus, i always see blind people walking up the overhead bridge, feeling their way around and taking bus without anyone helping them. How can i not be grateful for what i have? I think, they are mentally so much stronger than me. I only know how to hide in a corner and feel miserable that i am a failure. Practice makes perfect! Give thanks to everything you have now however minor it can be. I am thankful that i've got some followers who love to read my blog. Yes, they are right, my blog is very different. If you read between the lines, you would have known me better cos this is part of my private personal diary. I'm thankful that strangers like you really took time to read whatever i wrote.

I'm thinking of starting a love blog on love experience, issues etc. Wanna collate all your love stories, feelings of being loved, hurt, disappointments, anger, touching moments. 荷叶，洛神，葛根，决明子，黄耆，玉竹，茯苓加水煮半小时。（容易腹泻的朋友不要加决明子，容易便秘

3）如果不那么胖，只是过年吃太多，胀气，消化不良

My happiest Chinese New Year!

This year, i really spent a lot of time with my family members. My mum finally plucked up the courage to meet my bedridden grandma. She wanted so much to do it but afraid her health won't allow her. It was a day to remember, everyone was in tears including my maid, Sally when we saw them reunited.

Then, yesterday, my brothers were at my new room Pinnacle@Duxton. (renting a room now) We were all there to catch the sunset and i was mumbling to my younger brother that although i've moved in for a week, it hasn't rained so i have no chance to see the rainbow. And to my surprise, the moment i said that, my sister in law told me there's a rainbow!

See, life's events always turned out unexpectedly good! Hallelujah! God's creation is wonderful. For me, the sight of rainbow made me feel even more hopeful of my future!

May 28, when i brought her home, i was filled with excitement and had high hopes on her. The florist said she is from Thailand. I saw other roses in full bloom and thought, will she be just like them?

Dec 2. After 5 months of spending time taking care of her. I've almost given up hopes that she is going to bloom again. Stems looked withered and there is only 2 stalks. I thought of throwing it away. And i duno why, on Dec 2, the withered and hopeless plant suddenly reborn again. New sprout started to grow and just in a few weeks time, it grew taller than i expected and continued to bloom weeks after weeks. Everyday i woke up looking at her, feeling its a miracle she is still "surviving" and brought me hope which i lacked greatly! Sometimes, i hope i can have thorns like her to protect me from getting hurt.

Feb 3. Time to say goodbye to my miracle rose. When everyone has given up hope on her and all the plants i grew have withered, she continued to fight on with dignity. And, i am so proud of her. She is so "me" although she may not be the most beautiful rose i've seen.

Forgoing something so precious to me is hard. When i returned home today and she is no longer there, i started to miss her. Makes me recall "THE LITTLE PRINCE". Here is an excerpt.

“Goodbye,” said the fox. “Here is my secret. It’s quite simple: One sees clearly only with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes. . . . It’s the time that you spent on your rose that makes your rose so important. . . . People have forgotten this truth,” the fox said, “But you mustn’t forget it. You become responsible for what you’ve tamed. You’re responsible for your rose. . . .”

Yes, the little prince realizes that even though his rose is not a unique type of flower, she is unique to him because he has cared for her and loved her. He has tamed her and cared for her, and now in his eyes she is the only rose. A person is forever responsible for what he has tamed. It hurts when the people you spent time caring for just takes you for granted and misuse your trust that you have put on them. All we can do is move on and begin a new chapter, hoping that God will help you discover people who are true to you. And yes, from next wed onwards, i'll be writing a new chapter in my life.

"A man's heart plans his ways but the Lord directs his steps." (Proverbs 16:9)

Below is a view from Pinnacle@Duxton! Although i did not own the house, I'm blessed to be able to enjoy such magnificent view everyday even for a short period!

And my biggest blessing in life? Friends who always check on me through sms if i'm ok. But my biggest regret is i'm unable to stop my mum from worrying for me. I want her to know that i'm strong because when all things fail, relationships that nearly kill me, I've my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ to rely upon. Its the greatest love i've experienced so far.

"Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." (Isaiah 43:18-19)

Longed to share my experience in Europe but can't find the time. As my Psychology class has just started and assignments are due next Sunday, i really have to be more disciplined. So, I decided to sacrifice TV time to finish this sharing session, which i think is of utmost importance.

When i was studying in Boon Keng Primary School and Bendemeer Secondary years ago, i joined the choir. 4 years of secondary school was depressing for me as I've no friends and I'm in Pure Science stream, studying subjects i don't enjoy thus i didn't do well. Joining the choir brings me hope and joy! "Streets of London" used to be my favourite song!

When i named my blog Lost & Found, my initial intention was to keep my memories permanently here as i know memories will fade away but lost memories can always be found here. I wasn't a Christian then. Now, as i know His Words and sing methodist hymns, I became aware that GOD has always been beside me. Amazing Grace's "I once was lost, but now am Found" and Lost & Found theme was found in the gospel of Luke.

God is watching over us, my friend. Throughout the ten days, i experienced Holy Spirit's presence more than once. Its amazing how God works in our life journey silently but creatively. Whether you are a believer or not, I pray that my sharing will make you aware that God is omnipresent, God is real!

Singaporeans always complain about christmas lightups in orchard road, just take a look at Christmas lightup taken at Oxford Street in London, look at the lightup....nothing fantastic, right? keke. We also took things for granted.

London Big Ben

It was freezing cold that morning when i took these pictures! To my surprise, there was sun and blue skies with beautiful clouds!!! God's wonderful creation! When i left for Tower of London (just two underground stops from Westminster), the sky darkened in less than 10 mins. Friends told me London is always gloomy but i was blessed with good weather and thats why pictures taken were fantastic!

Houses of Parliament (1100 rooms!)

Westminster Abbey where Princess Diana's funeral took place and Da Vincci Code made it even more popular. There were fixed praying times and when visitors heard the announcement to pray, everyone stopped what they were doing and listened attentively to the pastor's speech for 2 minutes or so. Its like, time just come to a standstill! I don't know if my church (Kampong Kapor Methodist Church) could stand the test of time just like Westminster Abbey. You can spend hours here amazed by the architecture and sculptures.

World's largest London Eye! (no time to take a ride though)

Tower of London - 900 years old! It used to be a castle, a palace, a jail and an execution place of prisoners. However, i didn't smell blood and violence or felt uneasy as i walked around. In fact, i felt so peaceful!

Vienna

Snowing in Scotland, Edinburgh was memorable and romantic. However, my first impression of Vienna snow was "ARRGHHH""! I took a bus to Westbanof (train station) and this is what i saw. Muddy dirty snow!!! Trust me, you won't want to sink your boots into this kind of snow, its disgusting. Dragging your luggage through it is not pleasant at all.

First nite in Vienna before making my way to Salzburg, i stayed in this 3 star hotel called Papageno. Receptionist is extremely helpful and you can enjoy 24 hours free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby. There is this sweet herbal drink they made for guests and its supposed to keep you warm. Yes, its an old hotel judging from the stairs, old elevator and smelly carpets. Rooms were dark and the lights went off when i was washing my hair in such a cold weather. As there wasn't any heater available, its freezing cold as if you are standing outside the hotel!!! The pipes made strange eerie sounds (those in horror movie). And it was this particular night that i knew that wearing 3 layers of sweaters and socks will keep me warm (You don't need a man to keep you warm! haha!) and praying to Lord for peace will make me sleep better with no fears and worries!

Sigmund Freud museum! Psychology students studied him nearly every year! Cant escape from his psychoanalytic theory! Came to this museum twice not because it has a lot of exhibits but simply because i thought i wasn't opened on Christmas Eve! When i came on Christmas Day, the door was wide open! I asked the person in charge why it wasn't opened on eve and she (a male) said i didn't press the bell! Haha! Thats how sotong i am. Below is where Mr Freud sees his patients, the chair that he liked so much. A weirdo like him can only think and work sitting on it! The mirror is given by his sister Anna Freud. It was believed that he looked at his own reflection when he was extremely sick. oooh! thats sick....

在苏格兰爱丁堡，一踏出St Giles教堂，我就看到了这一幕，为了拍这一幕，马上找个躲雪的地方。冬天的苏格兰，很多商店四五点就关门了，想找家餐馆欣赏雪景都难。最后选择吃美国汉堡餐，吃完了之后，雪也停了，但是路面就积成了厚厚的雪。

大雪纷飞的时刻，只有我们这些旅客们兴奋地拍照，尖叫。大雪后，气温急速下降，只得赶回去酒店。走回酒店的路上，一位看似法国的中年男子问我是不是日本人，问我住那间酒店等。哈哈！在遇见2009年第一场雪之后，我竟然遇见第一个艳遇。只可惜，我一个人旅行所以特别谨慎，所以，逃都来不及啊！哈哈！

Bath Abbey Church begun by Bishop Oliver King in 1499.
(Looked at the marvellous stained class and when i was there, the choir was rehearsing christmas carols. Even better than Vienna Boy's choir. I regretted not spending christmas in Bath. )

Church bells will ring with 5 to 6 people to pull these strings, however, nowadays, everything is computerised!

The rainy season has arrived! I often hope to see a rainbow after rain but i didn't. However, this morning as i stepped into my bathroom, i saw it. Things often happen out of your expectations, life is full of wonderful surprises! You won't know what to expect but it gives me something to hope for. Happiness is shortlived just like the rainbow but i'm blessed to see it. My church's theme this year is "standing on the promises of God". Rainbow is God's beautiful creation and promises to the believers! Be patient with God's promises....

i used to question GOD why opportunities came so late, why am i unhealthy, why it has to rain when i am planning an outdoor event, why that guy i liked never lay eyes on me, why do i have to go through so many MAJOR events in life, why my mum has to go through such sufferings, why happiness seem so hard to maintain, why i'm so lazy, why my fish has to die, why my Chiken can't talk. haha! I've started to become impatient with myself and even GOD!

Recently i lost my voice, i tried all sorts of medicine to recover my voice, refrain from eating spicy, heaty stuff, slept early....I've tried all means and today its the fifth day, its still coarse. I'm cooking a 开音茶 as i typed this. I can get so frustrated with myself at times.

I still believe all things (good and bad) happen for a reason and only HE knows the reason and HE has His reasons for letting me go through such experience. Perhaps GOD wants me to rest more. So i've decided to lay down with my icepack at my back (back pain la) and not think of my exam for half an hour.

There is this very soothing methodist hymn, KKMC (my church) choir sang during the previous Hymn Festival. Below is the lyrics which i find very meaningful and want to share with you. Couldn't find a nice version on YOUTUBE, cos i think our choice sang the BEST. keke..

以上是树林的"快速公路"expressway, 好些植物都是靠着这些"藤"从树林一端,攀越到另一端,很神奇!

新传媒adopted Macritchie Reservoir, 为了让听众更了解一些蓄水池内的植物,我们特地安排了这个活动,大家汗如雨下(当天又闷热又下小雨),听着我们的导游(同事)详细解说,真的学了不少.

我对麦里芝的回忆都在中学时期,学校的cross country 活动都在这儿举行.当时,负责载送我来回的就是当德士司机的老爸.他在几年后的一宗交通意外去世了,当时记得是gulf war的时候.

由于我不喜欢跑步,每次cross country run最渴望的是在结束后可以喝冰冻milo饮品! 你对这个蓄水池又有什么回忆呢?

如果没有善友辅导中心每个月志工派发食物给这些独居或患病的贫困老人,他们可能真的无法完全靠自己生活下去.

Recently, I'm glued to Bio Channel, particularly to Lisa William's programme "Life Among the Dead".

She is a well known medium and lots of people went to her for reading. When your loved ones passed away suddenly, one might not be able to accept it even after years have passed.

I think Lisa's job is really amazing and very meaningful, linking the dead with their loved ones , giving them closure to find inner peace.

最近去接受颜色治疗，治疗师说我就象个little girl at heart. 哈哈！以前希望被英雄拯救，现在还是自救比较妥当。。。哈哈

这部电影的女主角也是这样的个性。第一次恋爱就爱上一个对感情不认真的花花公子。最后一幕，audrey边追火车，边说i'll be alright，其实她只是故作坚强。男主角抱她上火车的那幕很经典。

可惜，现实生活中，你我可能都是那个一直在追着火车的傻瓜！哈哈！

当我还在上一家电台工作时，经常有机会自己播歌。听众卡通小子介绍我这首歌，一听就爱上了，因此常播。最近在电影ups 还是ice age 中再次听到，感觉好熟悉。喜欢这首短歌，我可以重复听好几遍。

小时候不知道什么是孤独，总是觉得有用不完的时间，交不完的朋友。当时，只有被妈妈骂时，才会觉得不被了解，感觉很孤单。

We all have responsibilities towards our family, our loved ones, our colleagues, our teachers and too often, we forgot to leave some time for ourselves. We ignore our feelings of tiredness until we feel totally BURNT OUT. Everything in your life becomes chaotic, nothing works for you and you are constantly frustrated with someone, something.

This is the universe hinting to you that its time for you to slow down, spend solidarity moments with GOD and not forgetting, yourself and let your soul catch up with you.

The two most therapeutic rewarding experience of my 2 nights stay at the hotel include enjoying lunch + listening to the rain. And, just lying on chair at the balcony, staring at the sea and doing absolutely nothing. Although i experience insomnia for both nights and slept only 3 hours each, to my surprise, i felt so energetic after that! When i can't sleep on the 1st nite, i was so angry with myself and i forced myself to sleep. I've been too burnt out until i find the tranquility of the night disturbing.

The next day, I prayed for my mum to sleep and breathe easier every nite and for guidance in my personal dreams. Then I asked Him for directions and hope for a rainbow to appear before me if my prayers were heard. I didn't expect to see a rainbow as i was watching CNN on MJ's reports in my room and waiting impatiently for the room service to arrive with my dinner. There wasn't sun on that evening and it had stopped raining for many hours.

And just when the room service guy appeared, i started to prepare to eat my dinner at the balcony. The moment i put down the laksa, i saw the rainbow appearing miraculously before me. I was too overwhelmed and touched by the sight that i feel like crying!!

If you never believe in miracles, you would say, its just part of nature. But i believed its GOD's creation. Hallelujah! Sometimes, you just have to believe to see it! Be patient with GOD.

One of Michael Jackson's friends mentioned this at the memorial service which i think is very meaningful. I forgot the exact words but it goes something like that..."We are all but dust and our purpose in this short-lived life on earth is to make an impact on other people's lives." That's my current main purpose in life too! God Bless!

刚好在这家酒店度假，碰到北斗星演习的彩排。虽然明知道用的不是真枪实弹，虽然明知道这只是一场演习。可是，当一群镇暴警察从你身旁匆忙掠过，当你听到震耳欲聋的虚拟枪声，你还是会想起孟买恐怖份子在酒店挟持及杀害新加坡人质的事件，让人不寒而栗！住在酒店的客人除了带着好奇的心态看热闹，有几位外国人的神色凝重因为他们觉得恐怖份子的威胁无所不在。

以前，我们总会觉得这些演习浪费时间，实在多余，因为根本不会发生。但是，这几年看多，听多了，真的会害怕。当然，我们都希望这种事情不会发生在我们身上。但是，一旦发生，你知道如何应对吗？或许，真的让我们安心的方法不是经常进行演习，而是让我们这些百姓去上一些基本生存应对课程。因为，恐怖活动不会因为一个人被逮捕而终止。

Its Jacelyn's birthday today, but our bible study cell group members gave her a surprise celebration yesterday evening at the Singapore Flyer! Apparently, she hasn't experienced a flyer ride before and is looking forward to taking a ride one day...

She was surprised when she entered the restaurant and heard all of us singing happy birthday song.

黑糖保湿抗痘面膜

20g 黑糖（Brown raw sugar)
10ml 热水
3-5g 蜂蜜
10g 面粉
10g 薏米磨成粉
3g 橄榄油（美容用途的不是烹调的）

做法：
1）将黑糖加入热水搅拌直到溶解
2）加入蜂蜜
3）稍微冷却后再加入面粉和薏米粉
4）最后加入橄榄油
5）敷5到8分钟用清水洗去

那天和Bryan老师去看蔡琴演唱会.越来越觉得自己比较喜欢听她唱别人的老歌.可能是我老了吧,对四十年代,老上海时期的老歌情有独钟.那天听她唱<情人山>之前聊起她在眷村长大的故事,每户人家的住家后面是一座坟山,小孩总爱在那儿玩乐,不觉得害怕.

我念书的时候很喜欢蔡琴的某些歌曲如读你,蝶衣,跟我说爱我,再爱我一次.当时,最怕听到"最后一夜"因为我妈很喜欢这首歌,她每天会播一次给我们听.而每次听到广播播这首歌她就会尝试把它录下来.那个年代,不流行买卡带或CD.每次听广播,总是希望DJ不要在歌曲前后说话,那就可以录完整版了!

现在听"最后一夜"还是会想起那段日子.记得妈妈之前在医院的那个时期,我听到"最后一夜"都会偷偷流泪.

昨天跟Bryan老师在空中告别.有很多不舍,但是,我希望他飞得更远,做更多方面的尝试! 跟Bryan老师合作是在MC King还在的时候. 一眨眼就两年多了,我也看到Bryan老师的成长,越来越知道自己要什么,越来越有自信!谢谢他过去无私的分享!

Tell me how can one learn to love exams?

Although this is the 3rd year i took this degree course and I've gone through more than 10 exams, whenever its close to exam period, I juz can't help but feeling anxious and totally unconfident at all.

Despite the fact that i might have go thru the chapters three, four times, I can go blank or remembered the wrong stuff when it comes to taking the exam.

Last year, I only remembered one question's answer when my paper was handed up.

I still think exam is not the best way to test a student's understanding of the subject. Its purely memorization skills, the better it is, the better marks you get.

3 papers continuously one after another this time. I pray that GOD give me strength and concentration this time as I revise. Will stop taking the thyroid medicine which is making me drowsy.

Wanna know my tip of preparing for exams? haha! List out the things you wanna do once IT IS OVER! That's the best motivation any students can have!

Can't wait till my exam is over, I got SO many things-to-do on my list, one of them being to buy new plants cos most of them has withered...

在抵达农场之前,沿路可以看到许多这类的果实,远看以为是芒果,原来是鸡蛋果!可以吃,但味道有一点象avocado.

左边那位就是朴实的蔡老板了!他说有好些癌症病患在彻底改变饮食之后,病情都渐渐有起色.老板告诉我"要找一条路". 当下不明白但现在懂了.就是为自己的健康找条出路.如果无法承担一份工作的压力,那就找一份薪水较少的工作,花费少一点,留多一点时间给家人及朋友,身体自然健康.

我的收获!

上个星期终于和最爱wonderful的建荣到本地有机农场参观，学习拔苗，洒种子，收割菜的过程．

看到泥土有许多蚂蚁(因没有使用农药或杀虫剂)真的不敢脱鞋.经过蔡老板游说,我终于放胆走在泥土上.有机的泥土很柔软而且如老板所说的蚂蚁真的不咬人!!! 只要别骚扰它们,我们各自不干涉彼此.

访谈结束时还问老板居住在鸟不生蛋的地方会不会很麻烦,尤其要去巴刹或买生活必需品.他说他们一家已习惯这种自给自足的方式.附近有鱼场,要买新鲜的鱼也不成问题.

在很久很久以前有一個小皇帝

因為年紀還小未成年旁邊總有一個大臣在身邊輔佐

不論有什麼事都有這位大臣在旁邊給他建議

不論有什麼問題這位大臣總是跟他說 “什麼事發生都是好的”

就這樣過了一年某天發生了鄰國要來攻打的報告

小皇帝又擔憂又緊張大臣便跟他說”什麼事發生都是好的”

我國軍隊平日訓練有素沒什麼好擔心藉此機會可以練兵

反而有機會知道我軍的能力。後來這次的戰役果然也打了勝戰。

某天小皇帝在練習劍術一不小心劍掉下來砍斷了他的一根腳趾頭

當時血流如注他又哭又擔心的問大臣怎麼辦?

大臣回答他 “什麼事發生都是好的”

小皇帝非常的生氣跟他說: 我都這樣流血了你居然還說風涼話?!

便下令把大臣關進大牢裡

過幾天小皇帝去看大臣問他有沒有話說原以為大臣會認錯求他讓他出來

沒想到大臣還是說“什麼事發生都是好的”

小皇帝更生氣的離開了大臣一樣是在牢裡

過了幾天小皇帝去外地狩獵平日跟進的大臣不在身邊

因為騎的馬太不聽使喚跑的非常快非常遠

於是和身邊的隊伍脫離了而小皇帝也不知道方向

正巧被食人族抓去了食人族不知道他的身份只知道這個人長的很營養

看起來白白嫩嫩的一定很好吃

酋長下令將他給洗的特乾淨準備族群舞蹈跳玩好好的享用一頓

小皇帝被綁起來掛的高高的下面的火正燃燒著

緊張又害怕的小皇帝幾乎要昏倒了

族舞跳完了酋長過來小皇帝身邊看了又看摸了又摸

不知道怎麼了竞叫人把小皇帝放了下來說讓他走吧

小皇帝莫名其妙的趕緊跑走連衣服也沒穿的一路跑著

終於讓小皇帝回到了他的國家

小皇帝百思不解的去問大臣並將發生的事跟大臣說了明白

大臣聽完便跟他說: “什麼事發生都是好的”

小皇帝仍然不解不懂的繼續聽了下去

大臣說今天還好是您將我關在牢裡不然被吃掉的一定是我

平時都是我跟緊在您身邊如果食人族抓了您和我我一定沒命

今天您可以這麼運氣的避掉這個災難是因為一個很重要的原因

依照食人族的慣例他們不吃不完美的人

因為您的腳趾頭斷了一根所以他們不吃你

聽完小皇帝懂了 “什麼事發生都是好的”

原來凡事的發生都有其因果

在我們平時的生活裡也許在冥冥之中都有其定數

有怎樣的因就會有怎樣的果！

這是姊姊曾經在我失落的時候跟我分享的一個小故事

每當我有什麼跟自己過不去的事總會拿起來想一想鼓勵自己

對我還蠻有用的唷也希望跟大家分享。

所以從今往後不管發生什麼事試著跟自己說 “什麼事發生都是好的啦”

讓自己能平淡看淡一切活的更輕鬆自在！

At cineleisure first floor's push cart. Authentic DDUNG and her stationeries and clothings are available there. There are a lot of "copycats" but its easy to differentiate. Hair texture, height, eyes and face all very different from the DDUNG herself! This first DDUNG i bought is Alice in the wonderland series. There is little red riding hood. You will see more of HER in my blog.

I'm childlike, so this bag is very suitable to me!

1) Japanese vinegar (Grape flavour)
Bought this from Food and Beverage at Suntec city exhibition. Well, you can drink
a tsp diluted with a glass of water. Taste superbly good! Listners said vinegar
help them get rid of mouth ulcer, gives them energy (not so tired) and to me its
good for digestion. Its available at chinatown shop too.

2) Bryan's rice bran oil+tea tree oil
I've got very very dry feet. Tried so many foot creams but not moisturise enough.
Have tried Bryan's combination for 4 days liao. Getting better. At least no
crack. Normally I'll apply and wear a sock at nite.

3) Keratese hair mask
My hair is fine and very dry. I've already given up conditioner and used
hair mask to replace conditioner as it is very RICH! My stylist Michelle from
Jeric Hair Salon recommended this lastest product which makes your hair extra
soft and it smells nice. So soft and I kept touching it. Heard them say Jamie
Yeo also using it cos her hair used to be very dry.

这两个星期都在分享为什么我们身体会渴望吃某些口味的食物，通过喝什么蔬果汁可以帮忙．

１）爱吃咸食物

　　可以从蔬菜摄取身体所需要的钠．就包括菠菜，芹菜，白萝卜．
　　
Magnesium Rich Cocktail:

3 to 4 Carrots+ 2 celery + 1/2 medium size beetroot+ 2to3 broccoli +1/2 lemon's
juice

２）爱吃甜或carbohydrates食物
身体压力太大，体力透支就想吃甜的东西．
　　这个时候，要补充蛋白质如lentils,split peas,糙米．

　　Beautiful skin cocktail
1/2个黄瓜＋１parsnip+2 to 3 carrots+1/4绿色灯笼椒．

３）爱吃酸食物
一般上便秘的朋友爱吃酸的食物．身体缺乏Vit B2

　　Wheatgrass Light
　　１把小麦草＋２到３片薄荷叶＋１／２lemon juice

４）爱喝酒
　　减少糖份摄取和避免吃太多加工食品，都会降低你对酒精欲望．

　　Spinach Power
1/2个黄瓜＋３个萝卜＋２根芹菜＋１／２个甜菜根beetroot+少许parsley+1/2 lemon juice

５）爱吃冰
可能是身体缺乏铁质和叶酸，可以多吃草莓，芦笋，萝卜．

　　Triple C
　　1/2 green cabbage + 4 celery + 4 carrots

６）爱吃花生酱
身体缺乏Copper．可以多吃铜食物包括萝卜，沙葛，大蒜．

1)什么花茶可以让心情和皮肤美美?
(1/2红苹果去心+柠檬汁1茶匙+绿茶茶包+有机蜂蜜适量+1根马郁兰(cold storage可以买到+300cc水泡
15分钟)

2)皮肤很干
(可以开始每天吃鱼油fish oil,在pharmacy可以买到,价钱介于$40-$60,也可以用米糠油rice bran oil
按摩脸.)

3)精神紧张,很多担忧
(1滴Lavendula Vera+1滴grapefruit滴在纸巾擦桌子)

Bryan老师介绍可以改善关节炎,镇静,改善失眠的马郁兰Majoram香草茶做法.

材料：半茶匙的香茅(新鲜），薄荷叶（新鲜），桂花（干花在中药店有卖）和马郁兰Majoram（新鲜）.
泡在热水５分钟后喝．每天早上可以喝．

美白中药面模：

薏米，珍珠粉（不要买太便宜的），茯苓，丹参，白芷，以一比一的比例，磨成粉．加牛奶，蛋白，蜂蜜，敷在脸上，十分钟后洗掉．

BRYAN老师曾介绍以下问题的自然疗法：

１）皮肤光滑的檀香粉面模．
　　一茶匙檀香粉＋一汤匙木瓜，敷在脸上．

２）公司有小人，让自己不觉得压力或累的方法：
　　Lavendula Vera香精油+Grapefruit香精油各一滴，滴在纸巾，吸三次．

３）改善忧郁
　　天竹葵香精油＋Rosemary香精油+Lemon 香精油各一滴．

４）淡化斑点的粥
　　１００克白米＋３００克黄瓜＋少许盐及姜一片．

抗痘面膜

白芨，黄芩，冰片（都是中药材，要磨成粉，1比1 的分量加蒸馏水，牛奶，蜂蜜或蛋白调成糊）
敷在脸上15 到20 分钟，然后用温水洗掉。每星期能做2 到3 次。
