sigh....my body is weak, which is why whenever i relax totally, i will fall sick easily. hope it gets better 2moro otherwise i can't exercise with running rose.
Signed up with new gym with pool facilities. One of the branch has a pool with a beautiful view of singapore's skyline. So tempting and plus.. NO ENTRANCE FEE and great discounts and of course excellent classes including MTV DANCE, i just have to sign up. For the first time, i am looking forward to exercising!!!
2) SEEING MY GYNAE, DR TAN
Told him what i saw in the papers about a 26year old gal who passed away due to ovarian cancer. He said she might be his patient, he operated on her, then he tried to search for her info and i accidentally saw a lot of "A&E" visits to hospital. Poor gal. She thought her tummy was big because of FATS! Woman readers out there, PLEASE, PLEASE SEE your gynae for regular checkups, it's a bit uncomfortable putting that scanner inside your womb but it's not as scary as having cancer!
Well, further scanning showed that my cyst is transparent and haven't grown within 3 months, meaning chances of cancer is very small. However irregular period is still a major problem and i am on contraceptives again to regulate it.
3) BELY NICE DINNER MADE BY ANATA...
Yup, had a full dinner juz now, made by chiken daddy of course. White carrot soup, vegetarian luo han zhai and steamed fish! had 2 bowls of rice!
4) DETERMINED TO GET RID OF MY TUMMY!!!
Yup! very determined this time! Had been eating non stop since exam. this is not the way to treat my body, dumping junk food into it. Junk food is making me fall sick too.
5) FINISHED 3 BOOKS THAT I BOUGHT FROM SAME AUTHOR.
